AO Swag is the leading supplier of online store solutions for corporations, college, and the Greek market. By utilizing the on-demand production method, we continuously push the status quo on the custom apparel and promotional item industry. We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead with experience using ZSK embroidery machines to help our business meet continuous client needs.

Location: Coppell, Texas 

Shifts available: 

• 3rd shift – 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (Sunday to Thursday) 

Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for: 

• Programing production sheets into the appropriate machine 
• Working with management to assist in performance management as needed 
• Onboarding new contract employees to appropriate workstations 
• Managing order flow through the customization process 
• Monitoring QC process of finished items  
• Performing minor machine repairs and keeping supplies and work area clean and organized 
• Other duties as assigned  

Requirements: 

• Experience with ZSK machines 
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred) 
• Able to stay on your feet for entire shift 
• Ability to pass a background test 
• Occasionally lift heavy boxes/objects (up to 50 lbs) 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Basic reading and verbal communication skills
